          “ Valentine “

White version of the popular “ Bleeding Heart.“

More robust than the pink variety, and holds it’s flowers into mid-summer. Alkaline soil. Prefers rich soil in partial sun but will tolerate more sun in really moist conditions. Can grow to 4feet.


Clump-forming very hardy perennial growing as tall as 4feet, with arching stems of lyre-shaped pink and white flowers.

Prefers humus enriched moist soil in partial shade but will tolerate more sun in really moist soil. Alkaline conditions preferred.



A stunning new cultivar of Dicentra Spectabilis. Really red “ Bleeding Hearts “ held on arching stems above plum-green foliage and dark red stems. Flowers in Spring. Very tolerant of dry shade. 24 - 30 inches. For semi-shade or woodland.
